order cancellation policy

due to the nature of our made-to-order production process, we can only accommodate order cancellations for orders that have not begun the production phase.

 

the specific start date for the production of your order is outlined in the order confirmation email sent to you immediately after your purchase. requests to cancel your order and receive a refund will not be approved after this date as production for your order will have commenced.

if your request to cancel and receive a refund is initiated before the start date in your order confirmation email, you are eligible for the cancellation and refund. please allow approximately 3-5 business days for your refund to be processed.
